CNC routing on one of our 3-Axis machines provides accurate repeatable cutting for wood, MDF, composites, plastics, foam and non-ferrous metals. Here are some samples of our work. We provide support services for other fabricators who may not have a CNC in house along with direct to consumer needs. Common production runs include custom cabinetry panel creation. The panels are milled with dados for carcass casework horizontals and back. Shelf pin holes are often predrilled but we we can cut shelf track pockets just the same if that is your preference. Other use cases include engraving, flat pack furniture parts, artistic concrete form work, jigs for manufacturing or assembly and one-off custom parts for your personal DIY product.
Our current focus it providing cutting and routing services with digital fabrication equipment such as our large format CNC milling machines. We offer design services ranging from artistic to functional in both 2D CAD and 3D solid model geometry. Utilizing AutoDesk Fusion 360 provides and integrated design, presentation and machine control without the inefficiencies of relying on multiple programs.
