Cutorama provides custom CNC cutting / routing services for cabinet makers, contractors, homeowners and DIY enthusiasts. Out machines are not constrained by standard sizes. All CNC runs will be done to your specific dimensions. This is important when producing built-ins, bookshelves, desks, etc that need to fit into a specific space while maintaining optimal scale. Milling of cabinet carcass panels include dados for the bottom, top and any other cross support panel. Shelf pin holes or track pockets can easily be included. Drawer box part milling including hardwood face detains and be provided if you desire something outside the off the shelf verity. Most often cabinet box panels are produced in maple or birch ply, pre-primed plywood, MDF, melamine or a composite of some type. Low VOC sheet stock is recommended. Having cabinet shell panels ready for gluing up will help increase your productivity.
