Located at the historic Crompton-Shenandoah Plant which was involved in weaving, dyeing and finishing of the gray corduroy and velveteen goods all the way back to the 1920's shutting down in the 1980's. Currently the plant is business complex for many industrial artists. The facility now goes under the name of South River Mill.
